Good Quality, Good Price

We've had the lifter for about a month now and it makes opening the tub significantly easier. It went together easily and appears well-made and substantial. We did have to adjust it's position under the tub slightly differently than recommended to ensure that the cover would end up completely vertical beside the tub when opened. Make sure you test this before you fill the tub again ;).

Works well instructions are poor. French and more French. The English instructions were half French as well too.

Lack of images in the instructions.

The instruction are very vague, barely any images, I had to look at the finished picture and figure it out myself. I recommend have a video on youtube that is shown how do do it.

Best hot tub cover on the market.

Good communication on order and delivery and I have bought this for myself and family as it’s the best hot tub cover going (several years a customer). No wearing or support issues as it’s designed to take the load off the hot tub and put it on the base. Great job on design. My wife is able to open the hot tub cover with ease for the ladies nights. Mucho amor la fiesta y la relajación! Yeah, get your google translate for that one.
